Our Company

Inclusive Development – we are driven by wanting to develop an inclusive system that will drive more inclusive growth and involve determined black farmers in their own development.

The Spider Web Economic Doctrine - to become the major black economic force in the industry. Because of our spider web mentality, when a Rand comes into our network that Rand will not leave the network. It must be reinvested by buying from other members.

People – We’re passionate about making measurable impact in all we do and all people we cross paths with. Our unique culture and approach deliver enduring results. We will do the right thing by our farmers, our stakeholders, and our communities.

Transparency – What you see is what you get. We believe that transparency breeds trust and trust is the foundation of lasting relationships.

Passion – Passion in the agricultural work we are doing and where we are going. The word “No” or “that will never work” is not in our vocabulary.

Leadership - We have a clear vision of where we are going. Our goals are focused to achieve our leadership objectives and strategies
